Jason’s Story

Jason Jones is Producer and Performer based in Minneapolis MN.  He has produced and performed in radio shows “The Jason Jones in the Morning Show” and a paranormal talk show “The Eclipse” on KOOL 101.7 and WEBC in Duluth in the late 90’s and “The Jason Jones Show” through the early part of the 2000 decade on WCCO in Minneapolis, MN.

After going independent in 2003 Jason expanded his canvas include producing  and performing personalized wedding reception experiences, live comedy variety stage shows.  He has taken his unique theatircal style he developed though collaborating with Wedding Entertainner Bill Hermann to Non Profit organziations creating Entertainment Driven Fund Raising Experiences.  Ultimately taking all the “stuff” out of the fundraising event and raising contributions through the experience itself.   He designs shows around the interests of unique donor groups creating magnetic and enticing offerings for philanthropists to participate in.

Jason spent 12 years working various music and talk formats as a radio personality. He most recently hosted the Jason Jones show late nights on WCCO in Minneapolis.  Prior to that Jason hosted the number 1 rated morning show among adults 25-54 and 35-64 on KOOL 101.7 in Duluth Minnesota.

Jason Jones is the owner and sole performer for One Shoe Productions, LLC. He has performed as an MC/DJ for more than 18 years, including hundreds of private receptions, night clubs, beauty pageants and fashion shows.


Jason owns and operates One Shoe Productions, LLC an Event Experience company along with entertainment brands such as Jason’s Comedy Night and co-owns The Entertainment Experience with Bill Hermann

Jason holds a bachelors degree in Communications and Media Arts. When not performing events, you can find him at home with his wife Kelly, son Maxfield, two dogs and two cats in Saint Paul, Minn.
